Chicken Soup



Chicken Soup

Ingredients: Chicken stock 1.5 liter,chest's meat of chicken (without bones) 1/2 cup,soya sauce 1 tea-spoon,sweet corn 2 table spoon,salt(depends on taste),sugar 2 tea-spoon,cornflour 3 table-spoon,chicken's egg 1 piece,white pepper's dust 1/2 tea-spoon,
white vinegar 1 table-spoon and butter 1 tea-spoon.

Process:

  • Brush the soya sauce all around the meats and keep it for 20-25 minutes.
  • Pour the meats to the boiling stock and wait for 10 minutes.
  • Put off the meats from the stock and make it cool.
  • Then,blend the meats using your hands.Put it on the stock
  • From the stock,put off 1 cup stock and wait to coo it and then,mix the cornflour on it and pour the mixing stock to the remaining stock.
  • Except egg and butter,pour all the ingredients 1 by a on the stock.
  • After blending the egg,it has to be poured on the stock with the continuous movement of cooking tool.
  • Mixing the butter to the stock,stop the oven.
Some pieces of chilli and tomato/chilli sauce with vinegar can be served with the soup.

Process for chicken stock: 1 whole chicken (1 kg), onion pieces 1 table-spoon,ginger paste 1/2 tea-spoon,garlic paste 1/2 tea-spoon,1 cassia-leaf,salt (depends on your taste) and water 3 liter.

Process: Boil all ingredients together.When it will be half in quantity,then filtrate the ingredients.
