How can I lose my weight overnight?

To lose weight overnight,you have to bring a great change in your food habit.Keep the chart on your mind which is given below.If you follow the chart strictly,then to lose the weight overnight will not be a fact anymore.


                                                      Diet Chart

  • Morning at    8:00   : Only vegetable's soup (clear)
  • Morning at    10:00 : 1 plate salad full of cucumber
  • Midday at     12:00 : A glass of juice made by sour kinds of fruits.
  • Noon at        2:00   : Chicken's soup. (clear)
  • Afternoon at  4:00  : Soya protein or soya milk.
  • Evening at     6:00  :  Fruit's juice (any fruits)
  • Night at        8:00   :  Chicken's soup.    

But,those who will awake at late night,they may drink soya milk 1 time more at 10:00 pm.
(This food habit depends on person's age,weight,height and the type of physical labor) .
